Edmund Soriero, known in the beauty industry as Eddie Soriero, was born and raised in New York City. He began his haircutting career on Madison Avenue at the Peter Coppola Hair Salon, then moved to The Plaza Hotel where he worked closely with celebrity stylist Oscar Blandi. His last stop before moving to Florida was the luxurious Louis Licari Hair Salon on Fifth Avenue. During his tenure in New York City, Edmund's hairstyles and quotes were featured in numerous beauty magazines including Mode, McCall's, Celebrity Shorthair, YM and Redbook. His television credits include CBS This Morning and The View. While in New York City, Edmund "Eddie" had the opportunity to style the hair of many celebrities such as Michael J. Fox, Tracey Pollan, Jennifer Grey, Milli Avital, Gabriel Byrne, Calista Flockhart, Dr. Ruth, Sally Wheeler, Argentinean actress Andrea Del Boca; television personalities such as Jill Rappaport from the Today show and NYC newsanchor Mary Garafolo; not to mention numerous models from Ford, Images and Wilhemina Modeling. Edmund's photo and biography is published in the SOJOURN coffee table book, written by Elan Sassoon (son of Vidal), showcasing some of the most talented stylists in the country. Sassoon also chose Edmund James Salon as one of his all-time favorite recommendations.

Originally from Long Island, New York, John began his career in the beauty industry in 2013, developing a strong specialty in women’s hair color and highlighting techniques, short and trendy women’s haircuts, men’s cuts and color, and hair extensions. John believes that being a great stylist is rooted not only in advanced training and experience, but also in exceptional communication. He takes the time to truly understand each client’s vision, offers expert recommendations based on face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle, and delivers results that feel both personalized and polished.

Carl Sugrue

Carl was born in England and was inspired to do hair as a little boy when his mother opened Joy of London (hair salon). Carl did his first shampoo at 7-years-old and started assisting when he was 16-years old. He has always taken pride in his craft and started working at high-end salons in South Florida for many years before moving to PGA. Carl is an extremely creative person and loves people. He excels in giving his clients personalized attention and finds the most satisfaction in creating beautiful colors and haircuts that flow and please his clients on individual levels.

Colleen Casey

Colleen Casey began her journey in 1995 at the age of seventeen. She assisted at the Lawrence Trilio Salon in Philadelphia, PA, for 4 years, ultimately receiving her cosmetology license and starting her career as a hair stylist. In 2001, Colleen relocated to West Palm Beach, FL. She has been working in the Palm Beach Gardens area since 2008. Colleen's passion for doing hair has kept her work creative and original and her determination and desire to give excellent customer service shows in her daily work ethic. Colleen specializes in blonde highlights, color, haircuts and perms.

Karina Kloczko

Karina is a European hair stylist who specializes in precision cutting and color. Her artistic vision allows her to have a detailed, yet innovative approach to color. Whether you want a contemporary cut or funky short avant-garde style, you are sure to be pleased with the experience you have with Karina as well as with the result. Karina's cutting expertise is in short hair and has been named our pixie-queen.

Tiffany Pellegrino

Tiffany has been a color expert since the year 2000, licensed and trained in both South Florida and New York. Working side by side with Edmund "Eddie" Soriero since 2001, she has maintained a solid reputation in producing consistently beautiful color to each of her clients. Tiffany has mastered her highlights and color technique through continuing education with the U.S. Hair color Exchange. She is a proud member of the Edmund James Salon.

Micki Stella

With over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, Micki has proven her talent as a color specialist. After her training at the Yellow Strawberry Salon on Las Olas Boulevard, Micki moved forward with her career at the Elite Group Salon in Ft. Lauderdale where she worked amongst top stylists. After having a family, Micki sought Palm Beach Gardens as her home and moved her career here. She has worked in the Gardens area since 1999 and has a reputation in town for her amazing blonde color techniques. Micki's work has been featured in Hairstyle magazine. Micki takes pride in her work and her vision of color is truly unique.

Jill Hammond

With over 35 years' experience in cutting and styling hair, Jill's ability to re-envision a modern youthful look for her clients comes easy. Having trained at Bumble & Bumble, Tony & Guy and Vidal Sassoon, Jill developed sheer perfection as a multi-talented stylist and her passion for beauty keeps her on top of the latest looks.
Jill has been coined the "Extension Guru" of the Palm Beaches and has mastered the art and science of every hair extension technique. Originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Rahassan began her career in 2005 as a colorist/stylist trained and educated with 6 color lines while collaborating her teachings in top Florida salons as an educator of color for 7 years. Rahassan has brought her talent to Walt Disney productions working on special events with hair and makeup, as well as a lead hairstylist and makeup artist for several short films and independent movies. She has been working closely with Edmund "Eddie" Soriero since opening the salon in 2009.

Brittanne Hammond

After going to college and living in NYC for 7 years, Brittanne decided to return to her roots in South Florida and pursue her own creative dream. As a little girl, she watched her mother, Jill (above), style hair and became determined to follow in her footsteps. Growing up on TV, in fashion shows, modeling, and pageants, Brittanne's familiarity with the industry and what it takes to look photo-ready all the time comes easy. Brittanne enjoys studying and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and looks, whether it's for fashion shows, up-dos, fun-dos, bride, prom or just a night out. She is one of Edmund James' most used stylists for fashion shows. Brittanne's devoted to giving you the best color for your skin tone and hair type, and best cut for your facial features. She also specializes in hair extensions, Keratin treatments and is an Ouidad curl expert.

Carmen Lola Polanco

Carmen “Lola” Polanco was born in Puerto Rico and moved to New York City when she was 10 years old. Her love for the industry started early as she spent time in her aunt's salon as a young girl. After having 5 beautiful children and moving to Florida in 2008, she decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry. She attended The Salon Professional Academy in Boynton Beach and joined the Edmund James Salon team after graduating. Lola has been certified with Ouidad Curly Hair and specializes in ethnic hair services. She also specializes in color and straightening treatments.

Alyssa Allen

Alyssa's natural skills and talent in color, cut and style has allowed her to excel in the beauty industry since she first began in 2012. Some of Alyssa's specialties include Keratin treatments, up-dos, bridal hair and hair braiding, but her forte is in the art of balayage: Hand painting color directly on the hair. She is certified in Platinum seamless hair extensions and Habit hand-tied weft extensions. Alyssa's passion for the beauty industry has been displayed in Palm Beach Living Magazine by contributing to a photo shoot for an up and coming clothing line. Alyssa's keen eye, warm spirit, dedication and enthusiasm provides her clients with an exceptional beauty experience.

Lorena Munoz

Lorena is an exceptional hair colorist and stylist and has been with the Edmund James Salon since 2013. She is excellent at the many different types of "bob" cuts; graduated, stacked, layered, asymmetrical, concave, classic, inverted, blunt and "the lob" hairstyles. Lorena also excels at applying color using the balayage technique of painting and sweeping, allowing for sun-kissed natural-looking hair color. Lorena is Certified in Habit hand-tied weft extensions. These hand-tied extensions both thicken and lengthen your hair, without the use of glue or adhesives. They can be used long-term to enhance your current head of hair or for special occasions. Lorena also enjoys creating updos for all types of hair; from casual to formal styles, and everything in between.

Nicole has extensive experience in the beauty industry focusing on extensions, wigs, bridal, media (all sexes), and runway. It all started at age 11, going to the local barber shop after school in Salerno, Italy, to learn the art of barbering the old fashioned way. At age 13, Vincent moved to Torino to refine his training. A few years later he moved to New York with a big dream, to become a fine men's hair stylist. Vincent worked on Madison Ave. and other fine places in the New York area. He later moved to Great Neck, Long Island, and worked at Elegant Barber Shop for many years. Later on, he became the owner to a successful and very popular establishment among the finest stylists. Vincent's specialty is in full men's hair care which includes hot towel straight-edge razor shave, facial, massage, men's coloring, hair replacement service and restyling. He is excited to bring this fine lost art back, which by many is referred to as “Old Fashioned Nostalgia.” Vincent is very proud to offer these services to you at his son's salon.

She began her passion for nails and skincare in the Northeast region where she worked for 15 years before relocating to Jupiter, Florida, in 1997. Shirley has always worked in high-end salons specializing in meticulous manicures, pedicures and shellac manicures. Shirley offers waxing services to her clients as well. Faye Mendelsohn

Faye began her career as a makeup artist in 1984. As a designer, she created new images for women in the Baltimore, Washington metropolitan areas. Faye worked for professional photographers, modeling agencies, wedding consultants and physicians. She taught plastic surgery patients and dermatology patients the art of corrective makeup. Faye has appeared on QVC Shopping Network and on the Phil Donohue Show. As her career grew, Faye developed a concealer which could be used on sensitive skin. The concealer masks imperfections, looks natural, and is easy to apply. With the success of her Perfect Concealer, Faye expanded her line of cosmetics into foundations, powders, and color selections.
