Born and raised in New York, Derna was blessed with the gift of helping people discover their true inner beauty and confidence by showing them how to enhance their external outer beauty.  For Derna, the beauty world started naturally at age 8 when she gave the perfect Dorothy Hamill haircut to her mannequin doll, at 13 she started sweeping hair at her aunt's salon and by 15 she was able to cut and style. After graduating hair school, she opened her first salon in New York. Derna has over 30 years of experience and education. Her creativity and talent are clearly shown when she is behind the chair magically transforming dull colors and styles into shiny beautiful hair.  Derna enjoys meeting new people every day and making them look and feel their best.

With over 30 years of experience in cutting and coloring hair, being a hairstylist is not just Rhonda's career, it's her blazing passion. Originally from Miami, Florida, Rhonda began her tenure in the beauty world being influenced by the diverse culture the City had to offer, helping her understand the needs of different types of hair. She specializes in multi-color highlighting, coloring (especially reds), hair cutting and razor cutting. Rhonda has mastered her techniques through a plethora of continuing education classes, focusing on prominent brands such as Goldwell and Wella. For those who are a bit more health-conscious, Rhonda is educated in applying organic color systems as well as performing formaldehyde-free keratin treatments. Her personal keratin research has led her to successfully find products that eliminate frizzy , unruly hair, making it much more manageable to style on a daily basis, all without the worry of being exposed to toxic chemicals. Rhonda is talented in so many aspects of cosmetology and she enjoys meeting the needs of every client's situation to create a style or color that makes them look and feel beautiful and younger. Alida is a talented hairstylist and makeup artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Passionate about creating fresh, personalized looks, she specializes in highlights, balayage, color correction, keratin treatments, and flawless makeup applications for weddings and special occasions. Whether crafting a simple cut and color or a glamorous full transformation, Alida listens carefully to her clients' visions and brings them to life with skill and artistry. From natural elegance to bold drama, she has a keen eye for enhancing beauty in a way that makes every individual feel radiant and confident. Her ultimate goal? To ensure every client leaves her chair feeling beautiful, empowered, and completely satisfied.

Chelsea Paino has been in the beauty industry since 2011 and she strongly believes in ongoing education. She's undergone vigorous training throughout her tenure in establishments such as the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Miami and the Goldwell Academy in New York. Chelsea also attends annual hair shows, which both inspire and enable her to keep up with the latest hair trends and applications. Chelsea enjoys all aspects of hairstyling, with a special interest in Keratins, as she is certified in both GK Keratin and Brazilian Blow-Out treatments. Chelsea became a hairstylist because she has a creative mind and loves to make people look and feel beautiful. Chelsea loves her career and it shows in her work.

Exposed to the hair industry since 1995, Viviana has a deep love for hair and a desire for perfection. She has been gracefully serving the Wellington community for decades and has an unsurpassed dedication to her clients. Viviana enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest hair trends and continuing her education in various hair modalities. She specializes in highlighting with multicolor techniques, haircutting and razor cuts. Viviana is also a Certified Ouidad curly hair expert. She obtained this expertise by undergoing specialized training to thoroughly understand curly hair and curl patterns, thereby perfecting the art of cutting curls. 

Ailen started her beauty career back in Cuba at the young age of 16 after realizing she had a natural talent and skill for hairdressing. In 2016 she graduated from the Latin Beauty Academy here in the States and attended various continuing education courses since that time, keeping up to date with the ever-changing trends in the beauty world. Ailen is a Master hair cutter, colorist and keratin treatment specialist. She has a particular interest in highlighting, lowlighting, balayage, baby lights and root smudges. Ailen's driving energy allows her clients the personalized attention they deserve, resulting in beautiful colors  and individualized haircuts that are most suitable to their face shape and their lifestyle. 

Growing up in the hair industry in New York, Vanessa was inspired by her hairstylist mom and developed her skills at a young age. She found herself amazed by the creativity and possibility hair design had to offer and quickly molded her own unique craft. Now with over 10 years’ experience, Vanessa is working behind the chair as a Colorist and Stylist. Some of her favorite areas of expertise are color, cuts, highlights, Balayage, bleaching and Keratin treatments. Vanessa has attended many educational courses keeping her up-to-date with the ever-changing hair trends. Vanessa’s goal is to make you look beautiful and feel confident every time you are at the salon.

With many decades in the beauty industry, Ally  is passionate about the world of fashion, art and beauty. As a former Peter Coppola hairstylist (Boca Raton, FL), Ally attained excellent skills on color advising, developing trends, and designing hair styles. Her focus is primarily on color, with a heightened skill level on Balayage hair, a visual hand-painted technique. Ally is Certified in cold fusion Great Lengths, the latest method for applying bonded hair extensions.  Along with this, she also specializes in haircuts, hair straightening services , up-dos, bridal services and professional makeup application. Honing in her creativity, imagination and years of training, Ally has the utmost personalized service and looks forward to transforming you with satisfying results on every visit.

Her greatest gift is understanding and listening to her clients and suggesting styles to enhance their beauty; "I believe in maximizing the best of what each person has and to help them achieve their ultimate look and style throughout all stages of their lives. I believe it is good to update your style as you grow and your life changes. Hair design requires me to be a strong listener and have the ability to help guide clients to the best possible solution for their complete hair care needs.
